Rosterwise™ was born out of real frustration. When his son was playing at the MLS Next Homegrown level, the founder found himself completely overwhelmed by the college recruiting process. Hours spent clicking through hundreds of athletics websites. Spreadsheets that were out of date the moment they were finished. Expensive recruiting services that offered little more than a list of school names.

The question that kept coming up was simple: where does my kid actually fit? Not just athletically, but academically. Not just by position, but by size, by recruiting pathway, by international composition, by class-year opportunity. The information existed — scattered across hundreds of websites — but nobody had put it together in a way that families could actually use.

So he built it. Rosterwise™ is the tool he wished existed when his family started this journey. It's designed for the recruit and the family sitting at the kitchen table, trying to figure out which programs to target, which coaches to email, and where their athlete has a real shot — not just a name on a list.
