Response times

We aim to respond to all support emails within 2 business days. Most emails are answered within 24 hours during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, Central Time).

If your issue is urgent (e.g., the app is completely non-functional), please include "URGENT" in your subject line and we'll prioritize your request.
